TL;DR
You’ll act as a trusted growth advisor for PhantomBuster’s most valuable customers
You’ll help customers design, fix, and scale outbound & lead gen workflows
You’ll drive adoption, retention, and expansion, including monthly → annual conversions
You’ll deliver value both 1:1 and at scale (calls, office hours, webinars, content)

About the Role
The Client Growth Partner is part of the Customer Growth team.
Think of this role as PhantomBuster’s internal lead generation consultancy:
You work directly with high-potential customers
You help them implement effective lead gen strategies using PhantomBuster and adjacent tools
You turn “tool usage” into real, repeatable business outcomes
You’re not here to reactively support users. You’re here to coach, advise, and influence, helping customers succeed while driving retention and expansion for PhantomBuster.
Your Mission
Help customers achieve fast, tangible wins with PhantomBuster
Reduce churn by improving time-to-value and usage depth
Drive revenue expansion through value-led conversations
Act as a strong voice of the customer internally
What You’ll Be Doing
1:1 Strategic Customer Support
Run high-impact consulting calls with targeted Pro and Team customers
Advise on outbound strategy, ICP definition, campaign setup, and scaling
Debug and improve lead gen workflows using PhantomBuster and other tools
Share best practices across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, enrichment, and automation
Revenue & Growth Impact
Identify opportunities to convert monthly users into annual plans
Spot expansion and upsell triggers based on usage and business goals
Confidently articulate value in commercial conversations (without being pushy)
1:Many Education & Enablement
Host office hours, Q&A sessions, and live workshops
Co-create webinars and use-case content with the Customer Education Manager
Help package expertise into scalable assets (templates, videos, guides)
Internal Collaboration
Work with CS Ops to test and scale lifecycle campaigns and experiments
Use tools like Planhat and Userpilot to engage customers at the right moments
Share structured feedback that informs product, onboarding, and GTM strategy
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
Customers you work with reach value faster and use PhantomBuster more deeply
You contribute directly to improved retention and expansion metrics
Monthly → annual conversions increase for customers you engage with
Your insights meaningfully influence customer education and product decisions
You’re seen internally as a go-to lead gen expert
Who You Are
You’re deeply interested in lead generation and outbound strategy
You’re customer-first but commercially aware
You enjoy consulting, teaching, and influencing decisions
You can confidently engage founders, sales leaders, and SDRs
You’re technically comfortable troubleshooting complex workflows
Must-Have Skills
3+ years in a customer-facing role (CS, Presales, Sales Engineering, Growth, Agency)
Strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows
Hands-on experience with no-code / automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Clay, CRMs, outreach tools)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
A mindset of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
Bonus Points
Prior experience with PhantomBuster or similar automation tools
Experience in a PLG or SaaS environment
Familiarity with HubSpot, Userpilot, Planhat, or similar tools
