The Customer Experience Department is focused on satisfying our users and enabling them to get the most out of PhantomBuster and achieve their business goals.
The Department is divided into 3 areas: Customer Care, focused on providing best-in-class support and excellent customer satisfaction for incoming user requests; Customer Success, focused on providing proactive support and learning resources to help users achieve their goals; and Community, focused on empowering our users to help each other and share best practices.
Our Customer Experience Department works with all teams internally to represent the Voice of the Customer and advocate for their needs, providing product feedback, use cases, and insights into our customers’ evolving needs
