I’m John, Head of Marketing at PhantomBuster. I joined almost four years ago as Chief of Staff and, over the last two, I’ve had the chance to build (what I consider) the dream Marketing team.

Our Product Marketing team keeps the whole engine aligned. Diane sharpens our brand, positioning, and messaging so we stay bold and consistent, while Pedro is crafting an amazing PLG experience that helps users find real value from day one.
And then there’s Miquel, our Senior Growth Marketer and the OG of the team. He onboarded me, scaled our affiliate program from zero to seven figures in recurring revenue, and 8×’d our paid acquisition. He’s handled a thousand things at once and can’t wait to have a true partner in crime.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer (3+ years of experience) to help scale PhantomBuster’s acquisition channels through sharp execution and smart experimentation.
You’ll lead paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, bring AI-powered automation into our workflows, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and Data to accelerate growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance data, creative testing, and finding new ways to acquire users efficiently.
What you’ll do
1. Manage and grow paid acquisition
- Lead, with support from our Sr Growth Marketer, campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creatives to hit ROI and CPA goals.
- Write and test high-converting ad copy and visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or AI design assistants.
- Build and optimize Webflow landing pages that convert; focusing on clarity, intent, and UX.
- Experiment as needed with new Ad platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn).
2. Build AI-driven growth automation
- Design and implement AI workflows to automate ad creation, audience testing, and reporting.
- Integrate AI agents for campaign monitoring and creative iteration.
- Use AI personalization to adapt content and landing pages dynamically to user behavior.
- Collaborate on email and lifecycle automations in tools like Brevo or Customer.io, aligning acquisition with retention.
- Build “AI Employees” as needed to support broader marketing efforts.
3. Turn data into decisions
- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with the team.
- Build Looker Studio dashboards to visualize trends and track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Recommend next steps based on experiment results and user data.
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven record managing ad budgets above €20K/month.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data to revenue outcomes.
- Attention to detail & strong project management skills supporting move from scrappy startup to structured scale up.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency or creative production.
- Confident in copywriting and ad concept ideation for performance campaigns.
- Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, Framer, or similar).
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio for performance tracking.
- Fluent (C2) in English, both written and spoken.
- Fast learner and analytical mindset — focused on revenue generation and improving key metrics.
- (highly appreciated) Knowledge of B2B SaaS growth funnels or self-serve product-led acquisition.
- (highly appreciated) Experience with lifecycle or CRM tools (Brevo, Customer.io).

- Take-home Use Case Exercise followed by a Debriefing Interview with Miquel, Adina and one more Colleague from the Marketing team (60 minutes).
- Culture Fit Interview with two Colleagues from other departments (60 minutes).
