About the Role
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our busy CEO in Bordeaux. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficiency of daily business operations.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the CEO’s calendar and emails, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.
- Monitor and manage the CEO’s professional communication channels, including LinkedIn, with an appropriate tone.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with perfect discretion.
- Assist in project management tasks and follow up on key deliverables.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, taking minutes when necessary.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Who are you
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in and fast-paced tech environment.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Tech Skills: Modern SaaS collaboration tools like Notion, Calendly, Slack or Discord.
- Business sense: Understanding of general business metrics, how SaaS businesses work, and having an analytical mindset.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Confidentiality: High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
