Senior Product Designer
We usually respond within three days
Important note:
Please consider submitting your CV and application in English, which is our working language at PhantomBuster.
This position is only available in Bordeaux, France. Contrary to the rest of our roles, this will require a mix of in-office and remote responsibilities.
About the company and position
As a market leader in Lead Generation Automation, we enable thousands of SMBs to boost their growth by finding and connecting with their ideal customers on major social media platforms. We’re a bootstrapped, profitable PLG startup (70+ Team Members) trusted by more than 60K MAUs worldwide (with the US as our largest market).
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead our product design strategy, processes, and delivery. You will join one of our product squads and work with a Product Manager and a team of Engineers to solve meaningful customer and product problems. In our product-led growth model, you’ll have a critical impact on MRR growth, reducing churn and increasing user satisfaction. This role will report to the VP of Product.
We're building a product that’s both powerful and easy to use, and we believe diversity fuels better design. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, industry, and competition
- Partner with your squad to drive product discovery and delivery (ideation, workshops, feedback sessions, design implementation)
- Design great solutions by leveraging a broad design toolkit from user personas and story maps to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Be responsible for the usability of the new products and features launched
- Improve existing product design practices, tools, and strategies, and continuously develop our Design System
Product challenges you may work on
You'll work at the heart of our product: our lead database, lead scoring system, and all the AI that powers it.
- Design intuitive experiences to explore, organize, and act on leads from multiple sources
- Build new interfaces that help users understand, segment, and score leads based on behavior and data quality
- Reimagine how users collaborate with AI—from identifying high-intent prospects to triggering automations
- Create frictionless UX for AI-assisted workflows, like auto-prioritization, enrichment, and smart notifications
- Help shape the foundation of our AI design language—guiding how users interact with complex tech in simple, empowering ways
- Continuously improve the visibility, reliability, and UX of the lead database so it becomes a trusted growth engine for users
You might be a good fit if
We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, empathy, and user-centered thinking to everything they design. You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You have a great command of English and are comfortable with writing product copy
- You have solid experience in product design, particularly in UX for web-based SaaS products (ideally 5+ years)
- You enjoy collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in fast-paced environments, as well as with other departments
- You care deeply about making products easy to use, especially for non-technical users
- Your choices are data-informed as well as business and user-oriented
- You’re comfortable owning the end-to-end design process, from research to UI
- You’re confident using Figma and running user testing or interviews
- Have created or maintained a design system
- You’re used to working fast using AI tools
It is a plus if you…
These aren’t required, but if some of these sound like you, that’s great!
- Have experience working on Sales Tech or PLG products
- Are comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, ChartMogul, Metabase)
- Have experience with AI-powered product features
- Are skilled at writing UX copy or collaborating on product messaging
- Know tools like Dovetail, Hotjar, or other research platforms
- Enjoy contributing to inclusive design practices and accessibility

AI Guidelines
At PhantomBuster, we use AI tools daily to build things faster. As the use of AI in recruitment might have multiple implications, we want to be transparent about how we might use it and how we expect you to use it during our recruitment processes.
How we use AI:
- Draft and refine job descriptions and case studies,
- Draft emails during the process,
- Find interview timeslots,
- Summarize interview notes,
How we don't use AI:
- Assess your CV or profile,
- Evaluate interview performance,
- Conduct interviews,
- Grade technical tasks or case studies.
You interact with humans. Period.
We invite you to use AI throughout the recruitment process. However, we want to meet YOU, not machine-generated responses. Your unique perspective matters so much more than perfect AI answers.
Feel free to use AI to:
- Research our company, team, or product,
- Refine your CV, portfolio, or LinkedIn profile,
- Prepare for interviews and brainstorm potential questions,
- Polish your case study or presentation,
- Draft emails to us,
Let us know throughout the process how you used AI - we are curious to learn.
Don't use AI to:
- Search for answers during interviews (unless we ask),
- Create documents (CV, portfolio, presentation) from scratch without your input,
- Build case studies or technical tests without your personal touch.
