As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead our product design strategy, processes, and delivery. You will work with Product Managers and teams of Engineers to solve meaningful customer and product problems. In our product-led growth model, you’ll have a critical impact on MRR growth, reducing churn and increasing user satisfaction. This role will report to the CPO.
What the job involves
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, industry, and competition
- Be the design partner for our product squads in all of their design requirements (UX and UI) at all stages (including ideation, workshops, feedback, and delivery), prioritize tasks from the shared backlog to improve the UX of our product
- Design great solutions by leveraging a broad design toolkit from user personas and story maps to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Be responsible for the usability of the new products and features launched
- Improve existing product design practices, tools, and strategies, and continuously develop our Design System
Product challenges you may work on
- New paradigms to schedule and control automations applied to lists of leads
- Delightful user onboarding and in-product education/guidance
- Lead signal monitoring, detection, and notification feature
- Seamless integration of AI
You might be a good fit if
- You have 5+ years of meaningful Product Design experience with a focus on UX and research
- You have experience with complex web B2B SaaS products
- You have a great command of English and are comfortable with writing copy for the product
- Your empathy for the users put their interests at the center of your everyday work
- You are experienced in running user research and usability tests autonomously
- You are fluent in design best practices and have a strong knowledge of user experience standards
- You are comfortable with preparing and delivering specs in smaller increments
- You are comfortable creating and analyzing charts in tools such as Amplitude, ChartMogul, Metabase, Hotjar
- You have professional proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and customer insights tools such as Dovetail
- You have already created, delivered, and maintained a design system
- You have experience in coordinating the work of external or less experienced Product Designers
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate and push a design rationale backed by quantitative & qualitative data
