About the role and the team
You will join our Marketing team and will report directly to Claire. On a day to day, you will work closely with Julia, our AI Content Engineer and multiple team members (Customer Education, Product Marketing, Growth, Product) to build a coherent organic growth strategy.
This is a high ownership role with with the capacity to mentor and coach other members of the team (no direct reports).
You will operate across two different growth contexts:
A scaled product (PhantomBuster) with an existing content engine to optimize and expand
A new product where everything—from positioning to channels—is being built from scratch
Your mission : make sure the right people find us, trust us, and convert—across search engines, AI platforms, and beyond.
What you’ll own
1. Organic growth strategy (end-to-end)
You own how we acquire users organically—across both products.
Define and drive the organic growth roadmap
Focus on visibility → qualified traffic → conversion
Identify the highest-impact opportunities across SEO, AI platforms, and emerging channels
Use a strong data-driven approach to continuously prioritise and iterate
2. Scale and evolve our content production engine
We already have a strong, AI-powered content engine built in AirOps. Your role is to make it more effective.
Set topic priorities and build our content roadmap
Strengthen our authority in responsible automation, scraping, and lead generation
Identify ways to optimise and repurpose content for conversion and relevance
Guide and improve AI-assisted content production
3. Build a new engine from scratch
For the new product, you’ll start from zero and build what matters.
Define the SEO and content strategy from the ground up
Identify audiences, use cases, and entry points through rapid testing
Translate product capabilities into discoverable, high-intent content
Lay the foundations for scalable growth (including programmatic approaches over time)
4. Win in AI search (AEO)
Search is evolving—you’ll make sure we lead, not follow.
Ensure we are visible in platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
Structure content to be citable, trustworthy, and easy to extract
With a data driven approach, monitor and improve our presence in AI-generated answers
Experiment with formats and strategies to increase mentions and citations
5. Grow and diversify our organic growth channels
Identify and test new organic channels (e.g. programmatic pages, product-led surfaces)
Increase our presence in communities and platforms where our audience already is (YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
Contribute to building brand authority and distribution beyond our own websites
6. Own the technical foundations
Make sure our infrastructure supports growth.
Ensure strong technical SEO and site architecture across both products
Optimize internal linking, indexing, and structured data
Make the right decisions early for our new product’s foundation
Continuously improve discoverability and performance
What We're Looking For
6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or search-driven acquisition
Proven track record of driving sign-ups (not just traffic)
Experience both building something new and scaling / improving something existing
Strong understanding of modern SEO (topical authority, programmatic, product-led)
Good grasp of how AI platforms surface and cite content
Ability to turn product capabilities into high-intent acquisition entry points
Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable with experimentation
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Solid technical understanding of SEO and website infrastructure
Nice to Have
Experience with programmatic SEO or scalable content systems
Experience with AI-assisted content workflows (e.g. AirOps or similar)
Familiarity with community-driven distribution (Reddit, YouTube, forums)

AI Guidelines
At PhantomBuster, we use AI tools daily to build things faster. As the use of AI in recruitment might have multiple implications, we want to be transparent about how we might use it and how we expect you to use it during our recruitment processes.
How we use AI:
Draft and refine job descriptions and case studies
Draft emails during the process
Find interview timeslots
Summarize interview notes
How we don't use AI:
Assess your CV or profile
Evaluate interview performance
Conduct interviews
Grade technical tasks or case studies
You interact with humans. Period.
We invite you to use AI throughout the recruitment process. However, we want to meet YOU, not machine-generated responses. Your unique perspective matters so much more than perfect AI answers.
Feel free to use AI to:
Research our company, team, or product
Refine your CV, portfolio, or LinkedIn profile
Prepare for interviews and brainstorm potential questions
Polish your case study or presentation
Draft emails to us
Let us know throughout the process how you used AI — we are curious to learn.
Don't use AI to:
Search for answers during interviews (unless we ask)
Create documents (CV, portfolio, presentation) from scratch without your input
Build case studies or technical tests without your personal touch
If you have any questions, we would love to hear from you!
